Had a very bad mood. So after went for windows shopping with a Kok, reached home @ 9.15pm. Went out for jogging to '发泄‘ my 情绪。。。 Here is the report card:
1. Jogged for 2.9km
2. 150x leg pushing, 20x medium weight wood block lifting up & putting down, 50x lower part body turning left & right, 20x sit up.
3. Walked for 700m
4. Jogged for 600 m
5. Walked for 600m
Total Duration: 1 hour.
At least my mood is better, even though still in bad mood. Well, that is because b*st*rd in the off...
It is beyond my expectation. I didnt know I could do all these....
Conclusion.
Still BUEY SONG! F*CK!
