Some of my die-hard 1 M'sia friend asked me why I don't want to donate blood in Malaysia. Sometimes I really feel lazy to go. Donate every 4 weeks can be quite tiring, but I always remind myself this is the only little thing I can do to help people in this world while I am still healthy.. thus I continue to go every 4 weeks.. it has been 2 years since I changed to donate platelet... 32nd donations last week. my target 200 times before age of 50 years old. I will achieve my target! Break down shd be eying at least 10 times per year, maximum 13 times a year...
