Almost half year did not sick so badly.... The doctor in the in-house clinic is so "amazing" that I wonder why all my colleagues told me to go for external doctor, instead of the in-house doctor.

Having running nose, sore throat and serious cough with lots of 痰, she double-chked my body temperature to confirm that I wasnt having high fever. Thus, she gave me 3 types of medicine. Yeah, no MC for that day, coz I wasnt having high fever. You shd knw this is the current "guideline" for all clinics.

So I guess she just followed the "guideline", instead of monitoring each patient's situation. Fine, I am okay with it since I have lots of things to do in the company that day.

Then second day, my illness get worse. Not only my running nose, sore throat and serious cough with lots of 痰 became worse, my whole body was seriously 酸痛, and became dizzy. Some suggested me to go for external doc again to get MC but I insisted that I had to stay on as i have something to attend to.

3rd day. Saturday, it get worse again. So I went to the clinic @ Hougang Mall. Doc said my throat already 发炎, with slight fever. I asked him to give me injection so that I can recover faster (my last paper is only 4 days to go!!). He replied," No injection would able to help you. Your body can only rely on the medicine and fight with the virus yourself." He gave me 5 types of medicine. The nurse was also shocked while preparing the medicine for me.. *sigh* what to do?

It is almost impossible for you to believe. I had few hours of nap after having the medicine, and I recovered at least 30%!! Today I feel much better than yesterday. it is about 70% recovery.. Now I know what is the reason behind for my colleagues' suggestion.

Still remember my previous post on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 titled 日行一善 ? freerice.com was published in an article, found in "THE NEWPAPER" dated 16th April 08 (Wednesday).

This article would be very successful, especially when most of the ppl out there are facing with the high-pricing rice. They would "feel" that they had the urge to help the needy.

My Question is:
Why must this article be published after crazy rice price hike? Why are the human beings WILL ONLY REALIZE HOW THE POOR ARE SUFFERING when they face with the same/similar problem on themselves?

There are ppl who actually developed a website to play for the vocab automatically- with the objective to earn the 20 grains of rice for each correct answer for the needy. Some argued with me, "It beats the purpose of setting up this website." And I answered,"IF the person has time, he would play fairly through the website. If he doesnt have time, he will just use that website." Yes, obviously this is against the T&C. Think of another way, how many of the ppl out there are just have so much time, being so smart to answer correctly or willing to put in so much effort to logon the website for few hours a day?

My stand is clear: Try to do the vocab on ur own. Look for Thesaurus in the Dictionary.com for the answers and the meaning & improve your vocab while earning 20 grains of rice each time. However, you may think of using that website while u are AFK. (Away from keyboard)

So many nonsense from me!

1st~~

The news that I saw from the library archive this evening. The top insurance agents (female) was reportedly sacrificing her body to clinch the deal with the clients. Her husband was over shocked by this "rumours" and thus looked for the PI to investigate this matter. The PI hired a guy to contact the insurance agent for the insurance policy. During the discussion, he asked if there is any benefits for signing the particular policy. She answered,"We can discuss at your hotel room..."

During that day, two of them were seen holding hands to the hotel.. The guy signed an insurance policy from her and the further.. they did not want to disclose it.

The insurance agent's husband was so disappointed & shocked by the reality.. He decided to divorce with his wife...

Then there was another similar news that another top insurance agent (male) was reportedly to have been "introducing" a pretty lady to the clients to clinch the big insurance deal...

Everyone is working in their way to earn a living. Some became very materialistic, some became very cunning, some became violent, some became out of their mind... No matter how, it is hard for them to go back to the normal way of earning a living. There is a chinese phrase, "有钱能使鬼推磨", I think nowadays "钱财能使人变恶", 不论你变得多么市侩,奸诈,暴力还是疯了,都是心术不正,一心想要赚尽天下钱所引起的.

2nd ~~
After months of waiting, they are finally surfaced out to the media, with increasingly appearance in the media, they had became another hot topic in 1003FM, started by 1003DJ, Ling Zhi. However 80% comments are bad, compared to the 20% supports.

They are BY2. Singapore twins that r so young - only 16 yrs old. Erm.. dont really want to say much on them. Just want to say, they are good in dancing, even though they have a lot of room for improvement.

They were signed by 海碟音乐 in Jan 2007 (together with another 12 ppl) for 3 yrs contract. Each year 1 or 2 ppl's contract will be terminated for poor performance/ lack of improvement. In July 2007 signed by 海碟音乐 & to groom them into superstar.. They had undergone training at Taiwan and Japan..

Whatsoever, I wont buy their album anyway. HAHA!!! Good luck, BY2.
