日行一善。
Ever think that you seldom use appropriate words or still speak with beginner’s level in English? Want to improve your vocab but lazy to read the books? Here is your saviour! http://www.freerice.com
FreeRice began on October 7, 2007. This websites allows you to learn the vocab FREE online. In addition, for every correct answer, they will donate 20 GRAINS to the United Nations World Food Program.
(Take note, not grams. Special thanks to KW for highlighting it to me).
You can stop anytime as you wish; the grains you earned automatically updated into their server. The levels will be higher or lower according to how many correct / wrong answers you obtained.
This game may make you smarter. It may improve your speaking, writing, thinking, which may improve your grades and job performance indirectly.
Quote from the website- ”After you have done FreeRice for a couple of days, you may notice an odd phenomenon. Words that you have never consciously used before will begin to pop into your head while you are speaking or writing. You will feel yourself using and knowing more words.”
