Singapore World Heart Day 2007

World Heart Day, an international event on the last week of September annually, fell on last Sunday. To promote the public awareness of the heart disease as well as the prevention, Singapore World Heart Day 2007 was organized at Vivocity (currently is the largest and luxurious shopping mall in SG).

Various of events were organized to attract public, includes fun walk, fun steps, dancing, sure win lucky draw, games and health screening at subsidized rate.

Yup!!! I went there with my sis, bro-in-law & my sis’s mother-in-law. Of course, they must have brought the two kids along. Rushing back to Singapore from my beloved hometown, I had only enough time for the health screening and bought some less salt canned sardine and tuna.

The health screening is meant for BMI, glucose level, cholesterol level and blood pressure. It can be easily above SGD20 for the screening at hospital/clinic. However, it is only SGD5 during the World Heart Day event! Surely I wont miss this chance to have the health screening. ^.^

Yeah.. this post is to remind me on my health report in the future.

BMI 28.3 (OMG!!!!)
Capillary Blood Glucose Level 5.1 (safety limit not exceed 6.1mmol/L)
Blood Cholesterol Level Ratio 4.14 (safety limit not exceed 5.2mmol/L)
Blood Pressure 122/77 (not exceed 120 / 80)

I dont really care about BMI as the bone's weight/muscle may be the factor behind of the high BMI -- OF COURSE, the factor behind of my high BMI is bone's weight, not muscle ^.^)

The health screening results has proven that even though I look very big size, I am still quite healthy (refer to my glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure!) Some ppl may look thin but they have higher cholesterol level -- like Ric., which I feel that I am lucky to have normal cholesterol level)

How to stay healthy?
Exercise is a must but I don’t go into detail. You shd have known it long ago!. (yeah, i am damn lazy to exercise except playing bowling and basketball)

How about the food consumption?
Eat less salt, less oil, less coconut milk, less chili, less quantity but can be more meal & less quantity for better digestion, less meat + more vegetables , and most important thing is, say NO to poultry skin.

KW- remember not to eat too much SAN CHAM BA!!! See your uncle stomach so scary!!! (LoL, he wont read this post anyway) - Just put for FUN!!!

Another lecher

Morning transfer train at Outram Park to Clementi. A good looking OL was standing near the train door, then a guy aged between 30 to 40 yrs old walked from the other door and stood behind the girl. The train is not packed but the guy stood very close to the girl. It was merely less than 10 cm away!

The girl noticed it and stood one step ahead but the guy followed it. He leaned forward a bit so that his head can be just above the girl (as she is quite short – around my chest height.)

I stared at the guy and keep track of his movement. The guy noticed it so he didn’t dare to do further. Luckily, there was a seat available near the other side of the door, where my colleague and I were standing. The girl quickly went there and sat down. Ric. asked me if I know about the gang rape @ Karaoke & Dance Club, AKA 2000, located in my home town one or two weeks ago.

I am not that well-inform so I asked for the details.. As what he heard, the girl was drugged by a group of males (perhaps are her friends, perhaps not).

He showed me the video clips of a girl, dancing sexily with upper half nude. It was obviously she was drugged (Rumour is that it was 春药). The background of the video was clearly shown that the venue shd be in the Karaoke room.

At first, the girl was dancing nudely alone. After a while, the guys start taking her underwear off. Luckily, the girl still protect herself by hitting away their hands and pull up her underwear back.

After one or two minutes of trying, the guys start molesting her breasts, pushing her to lean against the wall and start striping off her underwear and start raping.

The video clip ended at the start of raping. There are more but we don't have and we don't need.

As what he heard from his family, the boss of 2000 was looking for the poor little girl to catch the FKING BASTARDS. She thought she had found a girl, who was very look alike with the girl in the video clip. However, the father of the girl told her firmly that she wasn't the victim, just resembles her.

Till now, those FKING BASTARDS are still at large. As the poor little girl, who shd be aged between 16 to 18 yrs old, shd be under depression and psychological pressure.

We started to wonder, she couldnt be alone b'coz most of the young clubbers would go in a group. Her friends should have discovered that she went missing for too long!

Then, QUESTION IS! Was she drugged by her friends, who are drooling over her beauty? (Yes, she has a very good figure and quite pretty).

Yes, the world is never fair ; and this rule doesn't change at any point of time. Her life could be just ruined over that night, an hour or two on that night. She is only 16 to 18 yrs old. She has long way to go. Can you imagine that how could she live for the rest of her life? She may live in fear, vengeance, or even mentality problem from now on. How about her friends, her family? Whenever they see her lives in fear, how sad they are? How helpless they are?

Human is the most dangerous creature in the world. You would never know how BASTARDS your friends are, who may just do anything harm on you just because you are beautiful, yet you trust them.

Think you have very honest male mates? Guess not, they may just one of the FKING BASTARDS in the world.

*Just hope that the video clips would not be circled around to minimise the damage she is suffering from. Well, I didnt get the video clip from Ric. I think shd ve stopped over there. And yes, I think he wont spread out as well, perhaps just show some of his trusted friends for caution.

Poor girl, hopefully you can overcome the sufferings and start a brand new life somewhere else..
